A gas dilution test bed is used to detect low hydrogen concentrations. Mixtures of nitrogen and hydrogen gases are selected via solenoid valves and sent to a temperature controlled mixing chamber, and then to a test cell containing the SAW. Data is transfered to a PC with a data aquisiton card.
MKS Mass Flow Controllers are used to regulate flow of nitrogen and hydrogen gases.
Currently underway is a gas dilution system for testing various organic vapors at low concentrations. To the left, the dilution system is completley built and ready for testing.
